Privacy Policy

This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their "Personally Identifiable Information" (PII) is being used online. PII is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to understand how Phase 3 Corporation ("Phase 3," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, protects, or otherwise handles your Personally Identifiable Information.

What Information do we collect?

We collect information you directly provide to us, such as when you fill out a contact form, request a quote, schedule service, or sign up for text or email communications. This may include your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the service you're requesting.

We may also use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to anonymously understand how visitors use our site, which helps us improve our services. We do not collect personal information from visitors beyond what is voluntarily submitted through forms on our site.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Our site is scanned on a regular basis for security vulnerabilities. All sensitive information is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by employees who need it to perform their job and who are required to keep the information confidential.

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number, in particular, will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you (such as scheduling or dispatch software), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Text Messaging (SMS) Communications

Verbal Opt-In: Phase 3 Corporation will collect opt-in consent verbally from customers. Customers may opt in to receive text messages either in person at our physical location, or over the phone when calling in. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide a phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications, and job completion surveys. Customers are verbally informed that "Message and data rates may apply," "Message frequency may vary," and that they can "text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time and no further messages will be sent." They are also informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Written/Online Opt-In: By submitting a form and signing up for texts, you consent to receive text messages from Phase 3 Corporation at the number provided, including messages sent by auto dialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or clicking the unsubscribe link (where available), and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help. Information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
